Club Rebuild
Our Future is Your Future

SUNSHINE BEACH S.L.S.C.
RE-DEVELOPMENT PLANS

The countdown has started for our new building. Like you, we love our Club house, however to continue to support our core purpose of Lifesaving, or “between the flags” operations well into the future, it has been identified that we will need a new facility.

We are building a club that is modern and welcoming for all our members and guests. It is essential our new club exceeds expectations of all and brings state of the art facilities.

Our artists impressions of the new club include:

  • Our magnificent ocean vista is enhanced with the re-positioning of the building.
  • On the ground floor we are providing a larger bar service area and new, varied eating/dining/pub/gaming/social areas, with distinct styles in each area, allowing you to tailor your experience at the Surf Club to your needs.
  • Upstairs will provided a dedicated multipurpose training/function room, that will be the envy of the coast. Available for community groups, corporate use, weddings and formals, it will add a jewel to our crown.
  • We feel the spirit of our local Sunshine Beach community has been captured and reflected in the design. We are confident we will continue to be an integral part of the Sunshine Beach Village.

We need your help to reach our targets

There are many ways you can help:

  • Donate online by clicking here.
  • Come along to our many planned events that will be advertised in club and online.
  • Tell everyone about our plans and be involved.
  • As your friends, workmates, family to donate, or come to events.
  • Keep enjoying our hospitality.

Buy a Sea Eagle to directly support our Lifesaving operations

By purchasing a sea eagle you are directly funding our lifesaving operations while our club is closed for major renovations.

You will also have the chance to win a prize in our monthly draw, and importantly keep our beach safe. Talk to our friendly staff about how to purchase a $5, $10, $20 or $50 Sea Eagle.
