Surf sports program

Our sports program provides the best possible training and development for all levels of athletic ability and commitment. We are proud to have a number of sporting champions who call Sunshine Beach home!

All sport participants must be financial and proficient in their relevant age group award. Seniors and Masters must meet patrol and fundraising obligations, and Nippers must participate in competition training and Nipper fundraising activities.

We provide subsidies for the cost of squad swimming with a qualified coach, see our Resources & Forms page for a Subsidy Form, and our training programs in board, iron, ski and beach are open to any members who are keen to give it a go.

Club Sports Uniform

It is a mandatory requirement that all participants in surf training and competition wear a high-visibility fluoro pink rash shirt or vest. No high-vis = No training!

All members representing the Club in any competition or carnival must wear Club swimwear and a Club competition cap.
